Okay so the Minister Of Magic is a pretty important character to the overall plot of the site. Now I was going to make him but I think it would be unfair of me to have two major players on site. So here is the deal.
Minister can be half or muggleborn, any age over 25 and I would like it if you use this GUY. But if you don't want to then I can understand but COMEON! Its' RDJ! Man....think of all the plots you could have.
